Who We Are
Youth and Family Mode is a comprehensive initiative designed to meet the diverse needs of Philadelphia’s youth and their families. Led by a dedicated team of professionals, we provide after-school services, safe spaces, workforce development programs, sports programming, and intervention and prevention services for youth affected by drug use and abuse.
At the heart of our efforts is a strong emphasis on mentorship, integrated into every program to foster personal growth, build resilience, and create pathways to meaningful opportunities. By addressing critical challenges and offering holistic support, Youth and Family Mode is committed to empowering the next generation and strengthening families across the city.
What We Do
The ODAAT Youth Workforce Program is tailored to equip youth and young adults with essential skills and competencies for employment success. Through workshop based training such as interview prep, resume prep, etc participants will gain valuable hands-on- experience. Participants will receive stipends, job training, and mentorship opportunities. They receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the program.
