YFM Sports uses organized sports to provide middle and high school youth with a safe space to play, grow & connect. Our weekend flag football games at Temple University bring local college students to serve as mentors, referees & role models, helping build character, teamwork, and confidence amongst our youth!
We’re looking for volunteers to help make each game day run smoothly! Roles include:
Referees: Help officiate games and ensure fair, safe play.
Check-In Table: Welcome players, manage sign-ins, and help with registration.
Snack Table: Distribute snacks and help keep players fueled throughout the day.
On-Field Captains: Play alongside youth, demonstrate sportsmanship, and set the tone for effort, respect, and encouragement.
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! just a positive attitude and a willingness to support and encourage the next generation!
