Youth Action Board

The Youth Action Board program is an opportunity for staff, interns, and mentors to lead small focus groups serving different high schools surrounding the Philadelphia areas. The focus groups consist of weekly interaction and discussions taking the mindset of youth from a poverty mindset to a growth mindset. Talking about mental health, focus, determination, and through conversation equipping the youth with tools best to help them achieve and be successful in life, career, academics, well being, and relationship dynamics.
